"Not Comfortable for the Price"
The flight wasn’t even that long, but the seat felt so hard and cramped that my back was hurting pretty much the whole time. For what I paid, I definitely expected a more comfortable ride. Like, come on now, a little padding shouldn’t be too much to ask.

I tried booking through jsx.com, but the whole thing felt kinda sketchy. A bunch of little stuff just seemed off, and I couldn’t get comfortable with it, so I bailed. Not worth the headache for me.

"Reply took a while"
I reached out and it just felt like they took too long to get back to me. Maybe it wasn’t actually that long, but when you’re waiting for an answer it kind of feels worse, you know? By the time they replied, I was already a bit annoyed.

My bag went missing, and when I reached out for help, I felt like I just kept getting passed from one person to the next without any real answers. It was really frustrating and left me feeling disappointed with the whole experience.

As someone who’s usually trying to plan trips around specific places I need to be, the route options just didn’t work for me. There were barely any routes going where I actually needed to go, so it felt limiting.

"I booked thinking everything was set because…"
I booked thinking everything was set because the website made it look clear, but then they cancelled on me at the last minute. When I reached out, support just kept passing me around and nobody really explained what was going on. Super confusing and really frustrating. I wouldn’t use them again...

I was a bit disappointed with the pilot’s attitude. From my perspective, they came across as rude and not very professional, which made the experience feel less comfortable than I expected.

"Umm, not the smoothest booking experience"
I tried booking a flight on JSX and, umm, it was kind of frustrating. The site kept loading strangely, and I ended up having to re-enter my info more than once. I’m not totally sure if it was my browser or the website, but the whole thing felt clunky. The prices and flight times also weren’t super clear right away, which didn’t help. I just wanted to book quickly and be done, but I ended up wasting time and eventually gave up to check other options.

"Not the easy pet travel experience I expected"
I booked jsx thinking it would make flying with my dog a lot less stressful, but it didn’t really work out that way. The staff seemed unsure about the pet rules, and I kept getting different answers when I was checking in. It made the whole situation confusing, and then my dog was stressed, which made me stressed too. For what it costs, I expected things to be much smoother. After that, I don’t think I’d use them again

"Not Worth the Drive"
I had a hard time finding the place, and after going out of my way to get there, it didn’t feel worth the extra drive. I also felt kind of ignored once I arrived, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

"Quick boarding, but not as smooth as I expected"
I flew with JSX and I’ll give them credit—the boarding process was definitely quicker than dealing with a normal airport, which was nice. But once we got to the gate, it felt a little scattered. People were kind of standing around unsure of where to go, and while the staff was friendly, there wasn’t much direction being given. For the price, I expected the whole experience to feel more seamless. I also never got any follow-up afterward, which was a bit disappointing. It wasn’t a bad flight, just not quite the polished experience I thought I was paying for.

"Wifi was rough"
Flight was fine. Wifi wasn’t. It kept cutting out and loading anything took ages. I was trying to send a few work emails and just gave up. For the price, it should’ve worked better.

"Pretty Decent Overall"
I remember the visit being okay overall. Nothing really stood out as terrible, though I do vaguely remember the parking taking longer than I expected. Other than that, it was fine enough.

"I flew JSX thinking it would be a…"
I flew JSX thinking it would be a more comfortable and hassle-free experience, but the cabin cleanliness was disappointing. My seat had crumbs in it, the tray table was sticky, and there was trash stuffed in the side pocket. The floor also looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed since the previous flight. To be fair, the staff was perfectly fine and nothing about the service itself was rude or unpleasant, but I just couldn’t get past how dirty everything felt. For the price, I expected a much better experience. I probably wouldn’t book again.

"Security check felt really disorganized"
Not saying it’s a scam, but the whole security check process felt off. It was confusing, took way longer than expected, and didn’t make me feel very safe. I left feeling more frustrated than reassured.

"Delayed Again, Not Really Worth It"
I booked jsx thinking it would be a quicker, easier option, which seems like the whole point. But my flight ended up delayed again, and there were barely any updates about what was going on. Common sense says if people are paying for convenience, especially when they need to be somewhere on time, communication should be a lot better. I wouldn’t count on it if your schedule actually matters.

"Total Cost Was Higher Than Expected"
At first, the price seemed reasonable, but once the extra fees were added, it ended up being a lot more than I expected. I’ve booked similar things before where the full total was shown right away, so this felt a bit frustrating. I just wish they were more upfront about the real cost from the start

"Onboard service really needs to be addressed"
The onboard service was disappointing. The crew barely checked on us during the trip, and it felt like passengers were mostly left on their own. I understand things can get busy, but there should be some accountability for making sure people are actually being looked after.
